Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy must be done within the same day as the in-store or on-delivery purchase day.

We will not refund or exchange our juices or food based on a sudden change of decision from the customer desiring a different product.

Refunds

We will not discuss any return if the customer has classified the liquid or the food as “not fit for consumption”. We will accept your return and refund if that’s the case. We will also notify you and make a note of this return on your personal account at the shop.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Sale items will also be refunded.

Exchanges

We will replace your liquid or food if the customer has classified it as “not fit for consumption”. If you need to exchange anything please come to the store to proceed with the exchange.

If a customer has classified the liquid or the food product as “not fit for consumption” then please return the liquid or food to the store and our staff with either refund you or propose an exchange for a brand-new dish or a new juice.

Gift cards are non-returnable items.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
